Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of pcless.net and the PCLESS client portal, and any website, automation, or support services provided by PCLESS LLC (“PCLESS,” “we,” “us”). By using our website or portal, or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our services
PCLESS provides website design and development, and business process automation services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for a project are agreed with each client individually, typically by quote or proposal, before work begins.
3. Client portal
Active clients may be given access to our client portal to submit support tickets, track work, and view invoices. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Portal access may be limited to active clients and can be revoked if an account is inactive or a client relationship ends.
4. Payment
Support and project work is billed at the hourly rate or fixed price agreed with each client. Invoices are generated and emailed through the client portal and are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payment may result in a pause of active work or portal access.
5. Intellectual property
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final deliverables (site code, designs, content created specifically for you) transfers to the client, except for any third-party or open-source components, which remain governed by their own licenses. PCLESS retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a client requests otherwise in writing.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website or client portal — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with normal operation, or submitting unlawful content through the contact form or support tickets.
7. Limitation of liability
Our services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PCLESS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, portal, or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may end an engagement at any time with reasonable written notice. You remain responsible for payment of any work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or portal after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
